Administrative Solutions with
Online Secretarial Support

Katherine McCrimmon
Virtual Assistant and Virtual Secretary

Save Time
Are you spending more and more time chasing paper and less and less time doing what you went into business to do?

Save Money
Virtual assistant, Katherine McCrimmon, can take over your administrative chores for a lot less than the cost of hiring a secretary AND give you secretarial support wherever in the country or the world you are.

"As a virtual assistant I am self-employed and work from my own office. That saves your business overhead and employee benefit costs. My office has up-to-date computer equipment and software. For more information click here to email me or click here to fill in and submit the form."

Katherine has over 25 years experience as an administrative and executive secretary. For many years she worked in administrative and editorial positions in Washington, D.C. -- working with politicians and trade association executives.

Since starting her virtual assistant and virtual secretary business, she has developed and edited newsletters, put together databases, transcribed lectures, published brochures, flyers and leaflets and otherwise used her data processing and typing skills.

Marriage to an Englishman took her to Great Britain and began a European adventure. She has virtually worked in Germany, France, England and the United States, and is now based in Southport, England.

Why You Want a VA

  • A VA is ideal for the small business, with limited resources, that needs a secretary some of the time but not all of the time.
  • If you have a website, a Virtual Assistant can help you keep it up-to-date. More than that, many VAs can provide the full range of website development from conceptualization to publishing on the Internet.
  • A virtual assistant is a great solution for International business men and women when they need to work in English.
  • A laptop and internet connection mean that wherever you are, your Virtual Assistant is there, too!
  • Call a VA when special projects come along and you need expert administrative help in addition to the usual demands your support staff must meet.
  • When your secretary on holiday, or sick and an "unexpected" project comes up, a virtual assistant is as close as the email button or fax machine.
